I'm way a beginner, but this doen't sound beginner. Maybe just the noise. Are you also the composer/producer? Cause I would have made the last chords more dry and staccato.

That mix is great man.Its lovely.Great job. For the comercialize sound yer gonna need rework the arrangement drastically. And add loads of b.vox Right. 1.Halve the guitar intro..its twice too long..singing should start ot 0.09 2.Halve the first verse 3.First Chorus should start at 0.50 4 Lose that bit at .50 5.Too many words in the chorus when it does finally arrive 6.Middle 8 needs to change dynamically. 7.Repeat double chorus here and wrap it up 8.Collect royaltychecks

i really liked this song and thought that you have done a great job of recording and mixing of it the only thing that i didnt like was the constant sidestick that sounded more like the click track was left on. apart from that a good song and well done

Great song man. I love the simplicity of this song. It's well sung and flows through nicely. And the mix is certainly not amateurish. Personally I enjoy how the kick/ bass punch in and especially the background vox- it just fits so well at that point of the song. Like Wolffman, the bass could be a little more defined...perhaps just a few eq cuts, but that's it IMHO. Sure, the side stick could come down a touch but I kinda like it where it sits. It gives a good steady beat right through the different parts Also, you've got a good, authentic voice and it really suits this style of song. If this song is amateurish, then I'm screwed!
