FWIW there`s a lot of us out there that would settle for just a working .ebx for the basic Proteus VX. I bought it & have discovered that it will no longer recognise the factory sound file that came with it.

Yep. You mean it WILL load the .ebx file if I run it via Wine in Linux?? Wow. Looks like I have to find the time to actually get Wine & Yabridge working!
